The concentrated elderberry juice is obtained mechanically from healthy, ripe fruit (sambucus nigra). This product has been pasteurized and is preserved by freezing. The juice concentrate is 100% natural, it does not contain additives, colorants, preservatives, or carriers, made under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP according CRF 21. This product has not genetically modified organisms and is not derived from a genetically modified organism, does not contain allergens, or any ingredient with potential allergens. This product is not irradiated or is not derived from an irradiated organism. It complies with FAO regulations of the Codex Alimentarius, the European Union and the FQPA pesticide regulations. Elderberry has many registered medicinal uses, some of which are included to treat fever and cough, bronchitis, hoarseness, asthma, colds or flu and tonsillitis. It has applications in the treatment of digestive disorders, stomach and liver pain.
