This is the freshest and most easygoing wine of the line, a wine that means to show all the freshness of Tempranillo grape, where the fruit is the main character. Its origin lies in a selection of several 15-year-old vineyards with yields around 4500 kg/hectare. Production is all done by gravity, never exceeding 260C, in order to strengthen the aromas of the fruit and créate a soft, fresh and pleasant palate. 14 days of extended maceration provide an interesting and original balance to the wine. This wine is completed with 5 month ageing in 50% French and 50% American oak barrels. This short ageing process brings the wine greater complexity and structure, with wood in the background and the fruit up front.
