Carefully selected from high-quality beef cattle grain-fed for over 180 days in natural pastures, our Sirloin Steak is taken from the prime sirloin area between the cow’s 腰部 (loin) and 臀部 (hip). This region, with moderate muscle activity, yields meat that is firm, elastic, and naturally adorned with a smooth layer of fat along the edge—complementing the marble-like marbling within the muscle fibers to deliver unique texture and rich beefy flavor.
