Yongfu High Mountain Tea belongs to the Taiwanese-style Oolong category, made from carefully selected Taiwanese tea cultivars grown in Yongfu, Zhangping, Fujian. Fujian Zhangping San Tai Hang Tea Co., Ltd. nourishes the tea plants each year with soy milk irrigation and organic fertilizers, ensuring they receive sufficient nutrients throughout the entire growth cycle. Only tender shoots—one bud with two or three leaves—are handpicked. The dried leaves are tightly rolled into semi-ball shapes with a lustrous jade-green color. When brewed, the liquor displays a bright honey-green to golden-yellow hue, exuding a rich and lingering fragrance. The taste is mellow, fresh, and smooth, with a naturally sweet aftertaste. The infused leaves remain intact with buds and leaves connected, soft and plump, and highly resistant to multiple infusions.
