This new product underwent more than 10 rounds of testing over approximately six months, with meticulous adjustments made to chocolate flavor, texture, and nutritional balance. From product planning to formulation and topping composition, every stage of development was carefully refined to enhance overall quality.
Real Choco focuses on delivering a rich, authentic chocolate flavor, reminiscent of melted real chocolate. It is designed to provide a deep, chocolate milk-like taste even when mixed with just water, with careful attention given to both flavor authenticity and overall consumption experience throughout the development process.
The nutritional profile has also been thoughtfully formulated. Each serving contains 23.7g of protein, with sugar levels controlled at approximately 1.2g, achieving a balanced combination of high protein and low sugar.
The topping composition has also been upgraded. The product includes a total of four toppings, such as allulose-coated low-sugar protein choco balls and crunchy protein toppings. Among them, two toppings were exclusively developed by Flimeal.
