This is a clean, aromatic, high quality white wine obtained by aging on lees during five months, undergoing weekly bâtonnage Velvety and silky, as well as with a good structure. In the mouth, it shows fruity notes of freshly cut hay, apple and grapefruit, assembled with smoke and minerals hints.
