Mixed Berries: Fruits are selected from sustainable cultivated orchards and are manually harvested when ripen. Once arrive at intake processing facilities fruits are checked for quality, washed, disinfected and sorted for size and external quality. In the processing areas fruits are sorted for quality and disinfected again before being frozen the IQF tunnel to keep its the natural flavour and freshness. The frozen berries are mixed, gently packed and stored in cold storage for long lasting fresh blueberry flavour and exquisite exotics taste.
