Our Juicy Pork Sausages come in three flavors: Original, Lemon & Black Pepper, and Black Truffle & Mushroom. They contain zero added preservatives, zero added flavors, and zero added pigments. Moreover, we've broken through the convention by eliminating phosphates, which are commonly used in traditional sausage - making. Instead, we use natural compound seasonings, fully achieving a clean label. The meat used is large - cut pure pork from the hind leg, with no poultry meat at all, making the ingredients excellent and suitable for both adults and children. Most sausages in China use inexpensive protein casings that are difficult for the human body to digest. In contrast, our company uses 3A - grade natural pig casings (small intestines). 3A - grade casings are selected through four rounds of manual screening. They are free of patterns, fascia, whiskers, and impurities, ensuring that each sausage looks its best.
