it shows a deep yellow color. This hue signifies its aging partially in French oak barrels and extended lees contact, resulting in sophistication and maturity. In the nose, distinctive mineral flint notes emerge, evoking the grapevines rooted in slate-rich soil. A harmonious blend of Garnacha, Viognier, and Muscat à petit grains engenders a fragrant symphony. Delicate fennel nuances intertwine with the pronounced scent of ripe citrus. On the palate, it unfurls its velvety texture, leaving a profound and enduring impression. The medium (+) body envelops the palate in layers of flavors. This culminates in a remarkably lengthy and persistent finish. With time, its flavors and aromas evolve, gaining depth and finesse. Recommended serving temperature 12ºC.
