Our Monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils have been created from three different varieties of olives: Arbequina, Villalonga and Serrana. Each one of them comes from a different area of the Valencian Community. These oils are recommended for raw dressings, so that we can appreciate the different organoleptic properties that each of these single-variety oils awaken in us, and if we sharpen our sense of taste and smell we can appreciate the exquisite differences between each one of them.
