Product Introduction
以β-紫罗兰酮为起始原料，以化学合成法制得食品添加剂-胡萝卜素。橙黄色液体，有轻微异臭和异味，可溶于水、丙二醇、甘油，不溶于植物油。稀溶液呈橙黄至黄色，浓度增大时呈橙色。本品耐光性较好，100°C加热20分钟颜色无变化。耐酸，PH2.5-7.0时较稳定不受抗坏血酸等还原物质的影响，重金属尤其是铁离子可促使其褪色。
