Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it offers an expressive aromatic profile. On the nose, vibrant tropical fruit aromas typical of the variety—pineapple, grapefruit, and citrus—are beautifully intertwined with subtle hints of vanilla derived from oak fermentation. On the palate, it is rich and creamy, supported by a fresh acidity that brings balance. The finish is long and harmonious, with delicate toasted notes. Ideal as appetizer.
