Instead of fixed baking parameters, it intelligently adjusts the pre-pressing baking temperature according to the differences in moisture, oil content and unsaturated fatty acids of flaxseeds, and accurately controls the Maillard reaction process to fully activate natural aromatic substances. It integrates refined roller dehulling, short-range high-efficiency screw pressing and moderate refining post-treatment. The patented technology avoids bitterness and nutrient loss caused by over-processing, setting a new production standard and achieving dual upgrade of flavor and nutrition.
