Honey sources are from pristine zones over 1,800 m above sea‑level in the Tianshan Mountains, free from industrial pollution. Nectar is gathered from dozens of wild plants by the nationally‑protected Xinjiang black bees. Harvested once a year after full capping by bees, the honey reaches over 43° Bé.
