Khodeli Premium Apple Cider is a dry, lightly sparkling cider produced in Shida Kartli, Georgia, from ripe local summer apples. Crafted using winemaking techniques, it undergoes natural fermentation with skin contact, developing a defined structure, lively acidity, and gentle tannins while preserving the fruit’s natural character. Clear golden amber in colour, it has fine bubbles and aromas of dried apple, ripe red apple, apple peel, and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp, medium-bodied, and balanced, with a clean, smooth, and lingering finish. Its refined gastronomic profile pairs well with cheese platters, hard cheeses, grilled poultry, roasted vegetables, light seafood dishes, salads, Georgian pastries, and fruit-based desserts.
