Khodeli Shavkapito is a 2025 dry red wine made from the indigenous Georgian Shavkapito grape using a traditional Georgian method, with fermentation on skins and stems. Deep ruby with inky hues, it offers aromas of ripe cherry, red berries, wild herbs, and subtle spice. Medium-bodied andwell-structuredd, the wine shows vibrant acidity, refined tannins, and a persistent finish. It pairs well with grilled and roasted meats, poultry, mushroom dishes, mature cheeses and traditional Georgian cuisine. Serve at 14–16°C. 13.5% Alc. · 750 ml.
