Khodeli Chinuri–Goruli Mtsvane is a 2025 dry white wine crafted from two indigenous Georgian grape varieties using a Georgian-style method with 30% skin-contact fermentation. Light straw with a greenish tint, it offers aromas of fresh peach, green apple, wild pear, lime, wildflowers, and subtle citrus. Light- to medium-bodied, the wine is crisp and well-balanced, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, poultry, fresh salads, soft cheeses and light appetisers. Serve at 10–12°C. 12.5% Alc. · 750 ml.
