Aged: Guarda superior Cava, minimum aging of 18 months rest

Vineyards: Finca la Fassina, organic viticulture. Located on the geographical border of Avinyonet de Penedès, the soil is fertile, deep and well-drained. It benefits from a rainfall regime that is higher than the average of the rest of our estates. If we add to this singularity that it is located in a deep area protected from the easterly winds, we find that it is an optical enclave for good culti vation.
