High-efficiency concentration equipment that drives materials to flow at high speed between the heater and the evaporation chamber through a circulating pump. It is suitable for materials with high viscosity, high solids content, poor fluidity, easy scaling or containing particles (such as fruit juice, syrup, and traditional Chinese medicine extract). The system uses an external heating source (steam/heat transfer oil) to heat up and evaporate. After the material is heated in the heating chamber, it enters the separation chamber for flash evaporation. The concentrated liquid is forced to reflux and circulate until the target concentration is reached. Its advantages lie in avoiding local overheating, reducing scaling, having high heat transfer efficiency and a stable concentration process. It can be combined with a vacuum system to reduce the boiling point and protect heat-sensitive components.
