Product Introduction

Known for its antioxidant potency, essential bioavailable mineral content, and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, Korea’s 9 times baked Bamboo Salt has a long heritage and tradition. It takes 3 years and 25 days to produce. Sea salt is aged for more than three years to remove bittern, then packed into fresh bamboo stalks, with the openings sealed using high quality clay. Then it is baked over pine firewood at temperatures of around 800°C.
