Product Introduction

Malatya, Turkey, is known as the core production area of dried apricots in the world. Relying on its unique long sunshine, dry and cool climate, and high-quality soil, it breeds high-quality apricots, which are classic representatives of natural dried fruits. Only fully ripe and fresh apricots are selected, and the pits are carefully removed by hand. Traditional natural sun-drying techniques are employed to slowly dry and shape the apricots. Throughout the entire process, sulfur fumigation, additional sugar, preservatives, and artificial additives are strictly avoided, ensuring that the original nutrition and flavor of the fresh fruit are preserved. The dried fruit exhibits a natural deep caramel color, with thick and plump flesh, soft and dense texture, and a sweet and mild taste, balancing sweetness and acidity without being cloying. The fruit aroma is rich and mellow. Dried black apricots are rich in natural fructose, dietary fiber, potassium, iron, trace elements.
