Made from high-quality non-GMO soybeans, we start the process by grinding fresh soybeans in-house. After traditional brine-setting to form tofu, it is then freeze-dried via vacuum technology. No preservatives or artificial additives are used throughout, preserving tofu’s natural rich soy flavor. Crispy and fluffy texture with a mellow aftertaste. Ready-to-eat high-protein snack.
