Product Name: Head-On Argentine Red Shrimp Origin: Clean cold waters off southern Argentina (South Atlantic Ocean) Features: Wild-caught and flash-frozen at sea (FAS) at -20°C immediately after harvest, locking in freshness, sweetness, and nutrients. Natural reddish-orange shell; full heads with rich tomalley (shrimp “butter”) — ideal for soups, pan-searing, salt baking, and more. Firm, bouncy texture with a naturally sweet, briny taste. The heads are perfect for making flavorful shrimp stock or infused oil. Available in various sizes (L1, L2, L3, etc.), suitable for home cooking, restaurants, and banquets. Cooking Recommendations: Best served: steamed with garlic and glass noodles, pan-seared, briefly blanched, salt-baked, or added to Tom Yum soup. After thawing, remove the vein.
